4) TRANSPORT TO AND FROM THE AIRPORT.
* Airports are usually a fair distance from the city center. Reserch how much it will cost by train/ bus/ subway/ tube/ taxi/ uber from airport to the main city.
5) ACCOMMODATION
* So many possibilities! Hostels, hotels, all inclusive resorts, couch surfing, staying with friends/family, AirBNB, and even studying abroad and living in a dormitory.
6) COST OF ACCOMMODATION PER DAY.
* How much will your stay cost you per day and IN TOTAL. Keep in mind Saturday and Sunday bookings are more expensive.
7) CREATE A BUDGET.
* Food, ticket attractions, getting around/transport, souvenirs, nights out, and the classic just in case I forgot something fund for things like sunscreen and flip flops.

Create a countdown calender to get even more excited for your trip. This is definitely a great motivation as you know excitement is only days away!

When you arrive and only plan to use your cell phone for wifi, put your phone on airplane mode right away. You'll be able to use your phone like normal, access wifi, and because your data will be turned off you won't get charged roaming or long distance charges.
